1. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for the content and authorisations provided to the agent. The environment may be cloud, installed on a PC or hybrid, according to the proposal. The client must ensure they have the necessary rights over the data, accounts, files and systems they authorise us to use.
The client is responsible for the use of their AI agent. The agent may operate in the cloud, on the client’s PC or in a hybrid environment, according to the proposal. The client defines, approves and supervises what the agent does, how it interacts with third parties and which tasks it performs.
We provide the agreed technology and configuration; the client defines, approves and supervises the agent’s use. Applicable limitations and responsibilities should be considered in the proposal and project.
Any misuse is the client’s sole responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to: sending spam, unauthorised access to systems, intellectual property infringement or any illegal activity.
2. Service
Personal Workmate is a custom AI agent service. The client pays a one-off build fee and a monthly maintenance fee. Prices are those agreed in the commercial proposal.
CyberSoftware reserves the right to suspend the service in case of misuse or non-payment.
