1. Who we are

Personal Workmate ("we", "our") is a custom AI agent build service operated by Nuno Gonçalves. You can contact us through the form on the main page.

We are the data controller for your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the demo form and the Configure/Quote form:

• Name — so we can address you.
• Email — so we can reply to you.
• Phone (optional) — for alternative contact, if you prefer.
• Request description (optional) — so we can prepare the demo.
• Configuration data — preferred environment, timeframe, company, role, industry, objectives, tasks, tools, channels, agent preferences, indicative budget and other information provided to prepare a proposal.

We do not collect browsing data, use tracking cookies or use third-party analytics services.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to:

• Reply to your demo or information request.
• Communicate with you during the agent build process if you become a client.
• Review the configuration and prepare an initial proposal.
• Provide support and manage the contractual relationship if you proceed with the project.

The applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and context of the processing and may include consent, pre-contractual steps, contract performance or legal obligations under GDPR.

4. Where we store data

Data is stored on servers and infrastructure services selected for the project. The location and data path depend on the environment, integrations and services used and will be explained before activation when relevant to the decision.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact data during commercial communication and for up to 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, data is kept during the contractual relationship and for the periods required by applicable contractual and tax obligations.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We may use infrastructure, hosting, email and other services needed to operate the project, which may process data on our behalf and under applicable instructions.

Access is limited to the people and services needed to answer your request, prepare a proposal, provide support and meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access — know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — restrict processing in certain situations.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
• Objection — object to processing for specific purposes.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the web server to function may be used, and these do not collect personal data.

This policy may be updated. The last update date is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
